This Terms of Agreement page explains how The Wholesome Way Australia works, what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you in return. Our goal is to create a clear, calm and respectful understanding so you can use our website, tools and services with confidence.
Please take a few minutes to read these terms. By using our website, quiz, content or any of our services, you are agreeing to these terms. If anything feels unclear or you have questions, we encourage you to reach out and ask.
Here are the key points, explained simply. The more detailed version is just below.
The Wholesome Way Australia provides general wellbeing education and practical tools to help you reflect, reset and find better balance. We do not provide medical, psychological or crisis services.
Our services are designed for adults who are generally well enough to manage daily life but want support with stress, burnout and decision-making.
Nothing we share is a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. Always speak with a qualified professional about any concerns with your health, safety or medication.
You are responsible for how you use the information, tools and suggestions we provide, and for being honest in any quizzes, questionnaires or coaching conversations.
All content, including our quiz, frameworks and resources, is owned by The Wholesome Way Australia. Please do not copy, resell or claim our work as your own.
If you purchase a paid service, you agree to our payment, subscription and cancellation terms set out on this page and at checkout.
We aim to look after your privacy and handle your personal data with care. Our separate Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.
By using our website or services, you agree not to misuse the site, harm others, or attempt to damage or disrupt our systems.
These terms may change over time as The Wholesome Way Australia grows. We will update the date at the top of this page when that happens.

Our tools – including the “Burnout Quiz," personalised tips, emails, programs and any one-on-one or group sessions – are intended to help you reflect, learn and experiment with healthier habits. They are not a replacement for professional medical or mental health care, and they are not designed to treat or cure any illness.
Always consult your GP, psychologist, psychiatrist or other qualified health professional about your specific situation before making major changes to your lifestyle, work, medication or mental health plan. Never ignore professional advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read or hear from us.
We aim to meet you with calm, honest support. In return, we ask that you use our site and services in a responsible way. In particular, you agree that you will:

Regarding coaching programs, you agree that you will:
Show up for schedule meetings; present and willing to put in the work.
Reflect on yourself; in and after the session in order to learn.
Attempt your very best to take action between sessions; completing assigned exercises and activities.
You understand that any changes you choose to make in your work, lifestyle or relationships are your own responsibility. We cannot make decisions for you, and we cannot guarantee how other people or workplaces will respond to your choices.

By making a purchase, you agree:
to provide accurate payment information and authorise us (and our payment providers) to process charges for the products or services you select
to pay any applicable taxes or fees that may apply in your location
to review the specific refund or cancellation policy shown on the sales page or checkout, as that policy will apply to your purchase
Regarding coaching programs that you purchase, you agree:
to inform the coach a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled call if you need to reschedule the session.
that the coach reserves the right to bill you for a missed meeting.
that the coach will attempt in good faith to reschedule a missed meeting.
Unless a specific offer clearly states otherwise, digital programs, resources and coaching programs are generally non-refundable once you have received access. However, we want you to feel supported, not trapped. If you are experiencing genuine hardship or feel a program is not as described, please contact us – we will always act fairly and in good faith.
If a product or service is offered as a subscription (for example, a monthly membership), you will be billed on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can usually cancel through your account or by contacting us with reasonable notice before your next billing date, as explained in the subscription’s specific terms.
Many people find that small, consistent changes can make life feel lighter and more manageable. However, everyone’s situation is different. Your work environment, health, relationships, finances and personal history all play a role in how things unfold.
Because of this, we cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes – such as getting a promotion, never feeling anxious again, improving a particular relationship, or experiencing any specific mental or physical state. Any examples, stories or testimonials we share are for illustration only and do not promise that you will have the same experience.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Wholesome Way Australia and its team are not liable for any loss, damage or harm arising from your use of our website, content or services. This includes direct and indirect losses, such as lost income, missed opportunities, emotional distress, or any other consequences of decisions you make based on our work.
We know that talking about burnout, pressure and mental load can feel vulnerable. We take your privacy seriously and aim to handle your information with care and respect.
Our separate Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect (for example, quiz responses, contact details, payment information), how we use it, how we store it, and the choices you have about your data. By using our website or services, you agree to our Privacy Policy as well as these terms.
If you complete our quiz or sign up for resources, we may use your responses to personalise suggestions, improve our tools, and share content that is more relevant to you. We may also use aggregated, anonymous data to understand trends (for example, how many people are feeling burnt out in a certain age group), but this will not identify you personally.
Our website or emails may sometimes link to other websites, apps, articles, podcasts or tools that we think you might find useful. These third-party resources are outside our control, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, security, or privacy practices.
If you choose to access third-party resources, you do so at your own discretion and subject to their terms and privacy policies. We do not endorse every aspect of external content we may share or reference.
As The Wholesome Way Australia grows and evolves, we may update these Terms of Agreement from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Any new terms will apply from the date they are posted here.
We encourage you to review this page occasionally so you stay informed. If you continue to use our website or services after changes are made, that will be taken as your acceptance of the updated terms.
If you have any questions about these terms, our services, or how they apply to your situation, we welcome your questions. Reaching out for clarity is not a sign of weakness – it is a sign that you are taking your wellbeing and your choices seriously.

These terms are not here to catch you out. They exist so that both you and The Wholesome Way know where we stand – what we can offer, what we cannot promise, and how we can work together in a way that feels respectful and safe.
If your life looks successful on the outside but feels exhausting underneath, you are not alone – and you are not a failure for feeling that way. Our intention is to offer grounded, realistic support, while being honest about our boundaries and your responsibilities.
If anything in these terms does not make sense or gives you pause, you are warmly invited to reach out and ask. Clarity is part of calm – and you deserve both.
We’ve designed The Wholesome Way with men in high-pressure, professional environments in mind – people carrying a lot of responsibility at work and at home. If you relate to Ethan’s story of looking successful on the outside but feeling exhausted inside, you’re in the right place, regardless of your exact job title.
No. You’re in control of what you share. The quiz is a simple starting point to understand your stress and burnout patterns, not a therapy session. Any deeper work we offer is always done with your consent, at your pace, with clear boundaries.
We don’t believe in blowing up your life to feel better. Our focus is on realistic, sustainable changes that work in your current world: better boundaries, clearer priorities, and tools to calm your body and mind – while aligning with the career you’ve worked hard for.
Many men notice small shifts quickly: sleeping more deeply, feeling less drained by the end of the week or handling tough decisions without spiralling. Everyone moves at their own pace, but we intentionally design for quick wins plus longer-term change.
